#slowsunday got busy - posting in the afternoon! #glass based on collections/collectors and cabinets of curiosity. The two non-local items in the small case are a treasured stag beetle from Malaysia and a casualty of my favourite blue&white from Thailand. Yesterday a guest filled me in on the plight of the stag beetle in the UK (critical) and advocates leaving the tree stumps and fallen branches well alone whenever possible. Thanks to everyone who has made their way into The Quay already, it’s another beautiful day and I’m here until May 6th.
