Clare Gaylard Glass
I'm an experienced, secondary-school, art teacher with a post-graduate certificate in education, a BA in 'Silversmithing & 3D Design' and two decades of years of experience working in glass. I currently teach one-to-one at the torch.
Starter Class
This class lasts around three hours usually with extra time allocated for a lunch break. During this time you will learn about safety in the workshop, tools materials, equipment and the craft. You will learn the basics of bead-making and create stringer and latticino to incorporate into your own beads. You can expect to make several beads or more. I anneal the glass and you can either pick it up from the next day or I will post it to you.
Intermediate Class
This class can be tailored to a specific brief.
