and find us surrounded by the work of our hands. Curious Work explores connections between women, past and present. In the 21st century we meet, discuss, separate and combine our research into the lives of women from the 17th century exploring meaning, experience and symbolism through our making. The Out of Hand collective was formed in 2022, and Curious Work is made by Juliet Lockhart, Alison Bournes and Clare Gaylard.
